  Memory Lane Edits offers professional editing services, including but not limited to content editing, editing of personal files and editing of audio files.By engaging our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.

 

2. Client Obligations

   2.1 You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information regarding your editing requirements.

   2.2 You agree to submit all necessary materials in a timely manner and adhere to any specified guidelines.

 

3. Pricing and Payments

   3.1 The pricing for our editing services will be as agreed upon between you and Memory Lane Edits.

   3.2 Any additional fees, such as rush order charges or extra revisions, will be communicated to you prior to the commencement of the service.

   3.3 Payment is due as per the agreed terms. We accept bank transfer only

 

4. Intellectual Property

   4.1 You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your content.

 

 

5. Confidentiality

   5.1 We will treat all information provided by you as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party, unless required by law or with your consent.

 

 

6. Revisions and Refunds

   6.1 We strive to provide high-quality editing services. If you are not satisfied with the initial edits, you may request revisions within 5 days of receiving the edited work.

   6.2 The number of included revisions will be as specified in our agreement. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.

   6.3 Refunds or credits will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to our discretion.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

   7.1 Memory Lane Edits will not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss, or liability arising from the use or misuse of our editing services.

   7.2 You are responsible for reviewing and accepting the final edited work before using or publishing it.

 

8. Termination

   8.1 Either party may terminate the agreement in writing if the other party breaches any terms and conditions.

   8.2 Termination due to non-payment or failure to comply with the terms and conditions may result in the withholding of the edited work.
